This hill was laid out with freshly paved roads but the economic crash kept developers from building any houses on it. Now all that is left is a big hill with no houses and many smooth roads. The roads don’t make for the best bombing runs but are great for freeriding and working on slides/cornering. Definitely worth skating if you are in the Happy Valley area.

If you plan on skating this hill the south side is gated off. So go the other way and hike over the top, there are no cars though which is a plus.
