Hey everyone, my names Nick Sharek and im gonna be moving from new hampshire to portland next week for my first year at portland state university. while im excited for school to start lets get real here, i want to skate. I do a lot of downhill and slopestyle stuff but am open to literally any kind of skating. So i guess im posting this to see if theres any one else on here that go to PSU or skate a lot in that area of the city. ill check this as often as i remember but feel free to go ahead and add me on facebook

You're literally like 5 minutes from Zoobomb, I don't think you'll have a problem running into skaters downtown. Most of us live on the east or north ends of town but we all skate pretty much everywhere. Honestly, on an average day, you can spend 3 hours at Zoobomb and run into 5-20 different skaters depending on the weather and the time of day.

hit me up anytime to skate. i'll show you the some sick bus/max accessible runs plus some hills off skyline if i'm driving. there's alot of hills right in your area, but if you're trying to session with lots of people washington park never fails

sounds good guys thanks for the responses. tim youll probably be hearing from me soon cause im dying to actually skate. i ventured into some hilly neighborhoods near campus and found some rad hairpins but having no spotter led to a short session. thanks again guys!
